Multiple Mass Shooting Insanity: A Bloody Trend Continues

Beginning with a shooting at a nightclub Little Rock, Arkansas, July added more death and destruction to 2017.
Now above three of the previous four years, 2017 is close to tying 2016 in terms of the number of mass shootings (273 in 2016; 263 in 2017) which occurred by July 31 of each year.
Keep in mind that 2016 was far above the preceding three years in not just in number of shootings, but in number people wounded and killed in those shootings. Also, that 2016 had the largest mass shooting in modern American history at the PULSE Nightclub in Orlando in which there were over 100 victims including 50 fatalities (including the shooter).
