Advertising Age, "the leading global source of news, intelligence and conversation for the marketing and media community" has joined Bloomberg.com and other media outlets in mentiontioning Gays Against Guns boycott of car rental company, Hertz; the shipping company, FedEx; and hotel conglomerate, Wyndham World-Wide because of the deep discounts they provide for NRA members.
The article, published on Adage.com Bloomberg.com on December 20, 2016 is entitled FedEx Discount for NRA Draws LGBT, Anti-Gun Activist Rage. As with the other articles, It covers a large Guns Down and other participants of a “coalition of gay-rights and gun-control activists…taking on FedEx Corp. for discounts it offers to members of the National Rifle Association, targeting the global shipper during the peak of the holiday season”.
